Gaffer – Sean Howard
Sean first communicated with his parents via teletype from inside the womb where he had recently gained access to the Dartmouth network. A hacker in college, he ended up in the military where he caused quite a stir riding his Unicycle to work. This prepared him to “work” as a Juggler by night and sleep on the streets by day with his camera. Then one day in a drug-induced Californian haze, he stumbled across the web. Calling it an “annoying fad”, Sean would quickly change his tune in amazement as he was offered a paid position to BBS all day. Now he is a vegan in Canada with 5 cats where he carefully hides his technology and film habit by masquerading as a dirty hippy.
Gaffer/Camera Assistant – Stefan Herbruger
Photographer and Cinematographer, Stefan Herbruger is born in Central America on February 17, 1980 where he acquires a taste for contrast and color. 20 years later leaves his home country with the desire of expandig knowledge.
Passion for the printed image takes him to Milan, Italy where he embarks a 3 year career at the “Instituto Europeo Di Design”. Two years later he graduates the institute with a degree in photography and travels to Barcelona, Spain in search of the moving image, initiating second year cinematography at the “Centro de Estudis Cinematografics de Catalunya” where he develops advanced skills in creative lighting and visual narration.
By 2006 his films have been viewed in over 26 festivals, he assists the Berlinale Talent Campus, later that year creates with 3 associates TheSinapsy.com a visual production office based in Barcelona.
The undiscovered talent now resides in Toronto where he plans to establish a network of creative stimuli tempting to create, represent and provoke the surrounding world.
